ROOMS & SUITES
here are five bedrooms available to our guests; each accommodates two people. Each room has a 4-poster queen-sized bed and a private bath. At Spurs n Lace Inn, we have chosen to return to a much simpler day, where you read a book, take a walk, look at flowers, or simply sit in a chair and reminisce the events of your life. Therefore, you will find no TVs in our rooms — only the richness and warmth of a room that will lend itself to comfort and renewal.
Reservation Policies
All rates are non-refundable but stay can be rescheduled within 30 days at no additional cost.
Each price includes a FULL, home-cooked breakfast.
Taxes are not included and will be added.
All reservations require a valid credit card at time of booking.
General Information
Each Deluxe and Superior room has a queen bed. There is no capacity for extra beds in the Deluxe and Superior rooms. Occupancy is limited to two in these rooms.
- Mountain View room has a queen bed and a daybed for a total occupancy of 3 people. The daybed is an additional $20 per person above the 2-person room rate. Occupancy is limited to four in this room.
- Well-behaved children older than 10 years are welcome
- Check-in is between 3:00-5:30 p.m., unless prior arrangements are made. Absolutely no check-ins after 10:00 p.m.
- Late check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
- The B&B reserves the right to pre-authorize and charge credit cards prior to arrival
- Reservations made the same day and walk-ins must pay in cash
- Community Breakfast is served at 8:00 a.m.
- No telephone lines or televisions are available in any of the rooms; free Wi-Fi is provided
- In addition to Central Air Conditioning of the entire house, each room has its own supplemental thru-wall air conditioner to suit the specific needs of the occupants within each bedroom
- Smoking is permitted on outside porches only.
- Pets are not allowed
- Note that travel insurance is not part of the Room Rates or Packages. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, contact Travel Guard or similar companies and purchase insurance on your own
- The B&B is NOT a 420 facility (NO Cannabis)
